Fighting for recognition of PMB admission

Patient was seen in hospital having been admitted to hospital Via the ER unit. I am struggling to get the admission to be flagged as PMB and thereafter the account to be correctly reprocessed. Numerous calls -no joy Call ref RFS415799, RFS 420825, RFS431426
