Failure to refund a client by Sizwe hosmed medical aid
I have submiited the claim refund form to Sizwehosmed medical aid of which I am a member on 14.02.2025 with a response that it will be resolved within 5 days, and that has not happened, i again made a follow-up on 26.02.2025, nothing has happened, this has left a bitter taste in me because the medical is just quiet , no communication regarding this matter whether they will refund me or not. I find this to be disrespectful and not taking their clients seriously
