Excellent Customer Service from Nosipho Gazu!!!

Good day I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I received from Nosipho Gazu a few minutes ago when I contacted Sizwe medical fund call centre to request preauthorization. She took my call just before the end of her shift and was extremely pleasant and professional throughout the interaction. I have worked in the customer service industry for many years, in fact, I work for one of Sizwe’s biggest competitors and this has to be one of the best call centre interactions I’ve had in a long time. Nosipho really made me feel valued and I truly appreciate it. I could tell that she is passionate about her work and I definitely could “hear her smiling” throughout the call. Absolutely amazing service!!! I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves. Thank you Nosipho!
