Exasperated- Money owing to me
Sizwe cancelled my mom in laws medical aid without warning but continued to take payment from me. After agreeing to reinstate, I have had to pay R13,6k even though I do not yet have the R6.1k refund due me so that my mom in law has medical aid from this month. <br> Although Andile has been very helpful and patient, he is relying on other departments to provide feedback and this has not yet happened. I gave the team 2 days to respond but I am still waiting.

Member was terminated on the 31/07/2014 and came back for reinstatement after the payment of arrears in March 2015,however she was advised that the 90 days window period had lapsed and will be subject to penalties.
It was later agreed upon that the member be reinstated an be backdated to 01/08/2014 after the payment of arrears.
Payments that the member made after the termination were refunded to a closed account which was reversed back to the fund , and we currently in a process of issuing cheque.
