Essential Copper benefit changes for 2024 without notification

Personally I would've rated 0 stars...essential copper plan benefits has changed so dramatically and without formal notice from the scheme upon want to visit my selected network GP I was informed that the plan does not cover my GP visits any longer and this plan is now only for PMB patients day to day and hospitalizations...this is is not suffice for my family as I have 2 small children and this is not what I signed up for ...I mean no communication. Nothing...Sizwe your service is real WORSE
