Endless emails and calls NO ANSWER!
Giving this experience a 1 star is generous this medical aid deserves a 0. Months of promises ( EMPTY PROMISES) emails that I have sent endlessly and no email return, I am currently waiting for payouts for almost 5 months. Will not reccomens this medical aid for anyone. I have emailed a complaint and it turned out to be more empty promises. The service is terrible for the money you pay each month.
