Empty Promises not met

<p>I have been a member with Sizwe for 7 years now and i have never had the disgusting service i have had this year. My membership is a mess and pre authorizations not met. I have been fighting an account for almost four months now and i thought i had seen the light when one Derrick Ngubane promised my broker that everything would be paid and finalized. Now i get told by the hospital that there is a short fall and when i asked him about it he says its my problem to sort out even though i have the email from him to my broker telling her everything will be settled. I am not accepting this and i want this paid and sorted as i dont see why i must now be punished because Derrick made promises he cant meet and he now refuses to answer my emails. My company has many members with Sizwe and i am sure that they would like to know how we are treated. I dont want just anyone to answer me i want the highest MANAGER i can get to get this sorted and paid.</p>
