embarassing

I am currently on y wifes medical aid with sizwe. I wanted to come of her medical aid and join sizwe on my own. Sizwe sent us forms to fill out. 1 for deleting me as a dependant on my wifes medical aid and the other for me to join. 3 days later I called and was told they received my application but not the form to remove me from my wifes medical aid. Spoke to siphokazi and her supervisor. Resent the form on Thursday to which she rep**** all in order will let you know when membership gets back to me. Today 3 days later I call them and am told the termionation form was the wrong form form. Firstly sizwe sent that form, secondly nobody responded to me, I had to follow up and be told that its the wrong form. My wifes company are paying salaries this week and she is being debited for me being on the medical aid. My application will get approved after that and im sure they will debit my account as well. Truly disappointed. Im with this medical aid for the last 10 years and its and excellent medical aid, its a pity the customer service does not match. very disappointed
