Don't get this medical aid!!

Useless medical aid!! In a critical situation that the medical aid insists we need authorization for they don't answer their phones. It rings and I'm om hold for an average of 20 min then as soon as I talk to someone they cut me off!! I spoke to 4 different agents to get admitted and everytime they hang up on me!!!

This is an emergency and they simply do not care about their clients!! I would advise everyone to get a different medical aid! One that will help you when you need it, instead of just *****ing your money 😡😡😡😡😡
