Don't hold your breath

<p>How long can it take for a company to refund you money?1 week?2 weeks?2 months...oh wait for it try 6 months and you know what's the kicker....you guessed it I am still waiting....</p> <p>I've recently changed my medical aid plan with Sizwe from a savings plan to an alternative plan.Now really simple the savings plan has funds which needs to be refunded back to me.Sizwe requested my bank details last week,which I gave.They advised payments are processed on Mondays meaning if I gave them my bank details last week then I should be paid this week.I then decided to make a courtesy call to Sizwe if all is in order.Low and behold my transaction has not even seen the light of day.No one can tell me why I've not been refunded.To make matters worse I am the one calling Sizwe for updates with the exception of an employee by the name of Vuyani Mbonelwa,who now seems to have caught the Sizwe bug.I'd be dead if I had to hold my breath while waiting for Sizwe to pay me or just to even call me</p>
