Doctors without payments

When it comes to taking money from there members, Sizwe Hosmed is very quick, but ask them to pay a Doctor for a service that was actually provided and you'll see a whole new side.

I do accounts for a Doctor and I have been struggling with Sizwe Hosmed since the beginning of December 2024 to process and pay a claim. Every time I call, they ask for something to be amended or updated or paper claims to be sent. Well, all of these things have been done but the claim still has not been captured. The call center agents can only escalate requests for capture and it would seem, that is where the effort ends. No team leaders or managers are ever available to help or sort out an issue and the "claims department" that is responsible for processing claims do not take calls. How are we suppose to sort out issues if none is available to assist us?

Please, is there anyone capable of assisting in the matter?
