They do not pay bills. Never mind the excuses they give for not paying. They have false advertising on their website about being caring, transparent and will honor claims. I had to return my stoma products yesterday for a credit note because of non-payment dispite the transaction date that was on the 8 December 2025, and I was covered till 31 December 2025. My personal advise to others ... GET YOUSSELF ANOTHER MEDICAL AID BECAUSE SISWEHOSMED IS IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE. THEY ARE ALL OVER THE NEWS OF BEING UNDER CURATORSHIP. THAT ALONE SAYS IT ALL.

06 Feb 2026, 11:35There is no need as I have moved on. This problem is way overdue and I am getting harnessed for the products. The problem was in the making last year.
I have been battling for 8 months last year because of non payment or that it's late payments.
I want to walk away from a bad experience now and not having any further emotional torment.
