Disregarding the law

I am very upset with your Gomono department as they seem to totally disregard the law. Under Pmb benefit I am entitled to 15 professional visits to a certain practitoner however your Enablemed call centre wants to argue with me about this and is only wanting to give me 2 visits out of my auxillary benefit. I will be laying a complaint with the Council for Medical Schemes. Ever since Sizwe outsourced Gomomo to Enablemed I have had endless problems. Please could this be sorted out urgently.
