Disgusting: You pay must your medical aid is suspended

I am very disgusted , my medical is suspended and for a while and still is. I tried to sort and was in liaison with Finside Medical and in response I received a response advising that it has been uplifted as they located the payments. When calling today to get auth for admission I was advised it is still suspended????????? I have now sent the proof again together with the last debit order being on 2 May and I receive an automated response, we will reach you in 3 - 5 days??????? How appalling to play with our lives I needed an urgent admission and that for the heart??????? Must say disgusting services considering our money is sitting in your bank account??????????
