Disgusting treatment from Sizwehosmed

I am currently unhappy with the service I have been receiving from Sizwehosmed medical aid. My daughter was hospitalized and the some of the claims were paid from my savings without my knowledge. I have been calling the scheme and kept on being told the matter is being escalated and given ref numbers. No communication from them to explain what has happened. I was not even made aware that my savings will now be used for in hospital treatments. I have ref numbers : N***, N***, I have another queries from last year claims that are still not paid. N ***, N*** The treatment received from Sizwehosmed is pathetic and so unprofessional. No formal response or update on the queries.
