Disgusting Service Sizwe Hosmed: 3 unresolved issues; 1 URGENT

Absolutely DISGUSTING service from Sizwe Hosmed! My mom is an oncology patient who is prescribed Kessar and Venlor for her breast cancer treatment. Both meds have been approved for the last two years under the oncology benefit, but all of a sudden Sizwe Hosmed refuses to approve Venlor. The doctor's script clearly states the breast cancer ICD-10 code as C50.9 and the oncologist has given a motivation and medical reasons why it is prescribed under oncology. Venlor replaces Menograine as Menograine is no longer being manufactured. I have been trying for 4 days now to get it approved. I need that medication. My mom cannot abruptly stop medication because Sizwe Hosmed is dragging their feet. The consultant refuses to put me through to the medical officer and argues with me about Venlor being an anti-depressant and why I should apply for chronic. She has put the phone down on me twice. She is in no position to refute the oncologist. Secondly, my mom's glaucoma diagnostic tests (R4334.92) were paid from her medical savings account instead of from chronic/PMB benefit. For 2.5 months I have been asking Sizwe Hosmed to correct this, but I am simply ignored. The Eye Institute has also been ignored. Thirdly, between Dec 2024 and Jan 2025, R1030.61 was deducted from my mom's medical savings account balance but nowhere in her medical statements does Sizwe Hosmed indicate for which practice/provider this was for. I have been trying to resolve this for 4.5 months now and get sent from pillar to post. Now I get a message saying I must write an affidavit to say I never used this provider. What provider? The provider is unknown and that's why I want Sizwe Hosmed to tell me who they paid R1030.61 to!
