We have made numerous requests for feedback around various queries from the oncology department of Sizwe medical and have not received any responses. We have made a request for authorization for a second specialist scan as motivated by our treating physician, no response provided on follow up the request was denied despite the motivation of the doctor and current international best practice. Added to this was the absolutely disgusting treatment from the call centre agent Nanika Hoshela. Please investigate and train your employees to better respond to paying clients responses.
