Disgusted Services - Sizwe
I really wish there are -100 stars as this is how I feel! Disappointed in Sizwe once again. I have mailed on several occasions and have sent 2 messages on your portal. Is this how we get treated! Or is it a case that lack of communication is of importance to members, as this seems to be part of your ethics. I have lodged so many complaints and nothing has been done up to the level of your communications officer who actually sees these post! Disgusted!!!!! I just wonder who receives these posts as whoever is reading it from Sizwe covers up and does nothing about our complaints!

30 Apr 2025, 10:35And this is all I get as a response! This has been the same old response on mail and a week later still the same, "They working on it" And this is just okay, no it is not!!! So the same person responding here is the very same that has not responded to my mail probably, just like I said cover ups and hence just no help from Sizwe. Seems like I have to try other social media platforms! No concrete feedback I will be forced by midday, we play with R28k out of my pocket and cannot get to be refunded since 3rd April, wow and get told it is with DRC!
