Disgusted by their service

Very unhappy with their service. I have paid for my membership and my account is still suspended. Sent through the Proof of payments to several consultants and not getting anywhere with them. Spoke to Khethu,Zanele and other lots of consultants not getting any help. I would rather use another service provider than paying for the service and not getting any satisfaction from it. I would like my membership cancelled and I want the refund on the amount paid from July because I have been paying cash since then at the Drs and for medication.
