Disgusted and taken for a fool to pay so much money monthly!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could choose a -* I would as this is what I think of Sizwe. How disgusting to throw in my face that they will approve my procedure if I am under the age of 7. The problem I have is not because of my negligence but due to medical treatment. How dare you tell me that I must pay cash and this a whopping R40,000. Yet when I read up the option plan dentistry it is clear to read the following: Maxillo-Facial & Oral, including Dental Surgery (Consultations, Surgical procedures and Operations) Subject to PMB’s, pre-authorisation and protocols. Benefit is payable from hospitalisation in cases of accidents, injury, con******* abnormalities and oncology related procedures only I get thrown in my face that I am older than 7 years, what a damn cheek. Look back on previous reviews; you denied paying my feeds after my PEG insertion, I also had to fight for this, what ******* is this, and the consultants refuses to give valid reasons, how on earth was I supposed to feed. This is not the end, I am certainly going to expose, look at the amount we pay monthly, this is not a joke, every time I experienced these unearthly, unexpected experiences I must just pay. How disgusting are you???????????
