Disgusted!!!!

My mom was admitted in hospital in February 2017. We've had nothing but problems from the onset with Sizwe Medical Fund. The accounts for the hospitalization has been paid in drips and draps.

I have to follow up with the Medical Aid whenever we received letters of demand from doctors which to date have not been paid. This is unacceptable as authorization was obtained prior to my mom being admitted in hospital.

I need a prompt response from your offices and the necessary investigations / corrections from qualified personnel.
