Disappointment in sizwe

Absolutely disappointment with Sizwe. I submitted a refund claim early July and no payment to date. I called enablemed several times and was told sizwe does the payment. From me being paid the service provider rates which is short for what I paid and I did not complain as I understood this principle. Now I have to use my airtime to call several times for reimbur*****t. This Doctor does not accept sizwe due to the delay in payment to them. Should my refund not be done In 5 days I will take this up further.
