Disappointing

I find Sizwe Medical services has deterioted and as got worse...always passing the buck..spoke to Busisiwe and provided slips of payment--but as always Medical aids try to avoid payment and making excuses....the amount of R2100.00 is being refuted..despite being a member for 19 years..pathetic...time to change
