Disappointed in the change in Sizwe
I cannot believe that after being with you guys just short of 15 years, i need to go for a procedure and you get to play god with my life by determining if its life threatening or not and if it isn't i must get together R5000 or cancel. Sizwe was never like this and its sad to see how money means more than someones well being especially when your monthly premiums are high. To think even when you are on the 2nd highest plan it means nothing. Very disappointed that Sizwe has gotten like this and i have to play russian roulette with my health

04 Feb 2025, 07:59Hi thank you for the speedy response if someone can call me i can discuss the finer details of the operation with you. but basically, my discs are corroding due to arthritis in the joints where i cannot hold anything in my hands, i drop things, dizzy, tired all the time. MRI reflects that i need to get this fixed yet again i had one in 2018. how this is not life threatening is beyond me as it is impacting my way of life in all aspects. my number is on the profile, or you can email me

04 Feb 2025, 08:20Hi i spoke to a consultant yesterday and was told sorry only if its life threatening is it covered in full which i cannot accept sorry so no i don't want a consultant i want a senior person supervisor or a manager to make contact with me. Your consultants have no empathy whatso ever for your customers or the situation
