I am fuming.. This is going on now for more than a month. I submitted the invoice from the lab to dentalrisk, till today if I don't phone and ask questions no one bothers to contact me, not a sms email phone call or anything. They have to do payment so I can see what I have to pay in , if anything . I also don't understand why we pay a huge amount monthly and they don't pay in full... its not if we go to the dentist ever day. Just every 6months or once a year, and then I still get stuck with a bill. I don't get feedback nor clear answers from the staff. They all *********** . That's my opinion. Definitely looking to cancel this medical aid. .

i did received an email , it was a glimmer of hope, just to be shot down again..... I had to phone in again, just to be told a story again. I do not see that this will ever be resolve... bad service ... I was wondering maybe i should go and work at dental risk seeing that i am the one that do follow ups , emails and phone calls. Every time i phone in its so and so that is still busy with sorting / resolving the matter.... I was hopeful when i received a email from a lady, and that this will be resolved by now . But no its not, Still in the dark what they will pay and what i am suppose to pay..... Maybe with luck i will have some sort of answer by Tomorrow.....
