Deductions after cancellation

<p>I cancelled my medical aid in October 2016 and they sent me cancellation confirmation however never stopped the deduction. Leslie Tarr the Senior Manaager Billing and Administration has been promissing to resolve the matter for more than and month now. This is an orgernisation that worries less about its clients, appalling service indeed. </p>
