Dangerous service.

It's as if Sizwe is imploding,there is no longer any transparency,and whenever I send e mails,there is no follow up by Sizwe,the web site which should let me know what has been paid,by the Medical aid,is out of action,and as I had an e mail from Sizwe in the junk mail,on my computer, showing the account billed to me,yet I have never heard of these people that have been paid by Sizwe,and when I tried to send this e mail to a file,it disappeared,completely from my computer. Whenever I ask for a copy of an account to be sent to me,nothing happens. An account I had a query about because it kept showing rejected,yet authorization had been given,or the operation would not have been allowed,is an example. I have tried everything I can think of,and am now at the end of my rope. To me this medical aid is now ripe for *****,because there is no way you can check on who,or what has been paid.
