Curator not doing their work!!

I regret ever joining this medical aid.It is run on autopilot.Even after terminating it,they are still debitting premiums and ontop of that i am settling GP consultations that were not paid in 2025 while i was using their med aid.I am tired of going to the bank to reverse these unauthorised debit orders,nx.
