contribution increase ripoff
How do you justify a 13.2% increase for basic cover for pensioners who get no increase in their pensions... Your call centre staff have no listening skills and no people skills and are *********.. They advise that the increase is 4% then 7.6% then 13.2 %... When you ask for a supervisor they fob you off with another staff member or put the phone down.
