Completely obstructive service provider

<p>I recently had proffesional dealings with sizwe medical scheme attempting to help a 86 year old lady. The call centre staff were completely obstructive at every turn and refused to connect me with a manager or medical adviser. I am thoroughly disgusted with the manner in which they have dealt with me and for their complete lack of empathy for people who are relying on them in their time if need!!</p>
