Complaint Regarding Misuse of Medical Savings and Management's Unresponsiveness

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my medical account, specifically regarding the *****ulent allocation of my medical savings instead of utilising the maternity benefits as outlined in my plan.

On 18 October 2024, I noticed that charges related to maternity services were incorrectly deducted from my medical savings. According to my policy, these expenses should be covered under the designated maternity benefits. This misallocation has unjustly depleted my medical savings, leaving me without the resources I rightfully have for other medical needs.

Despite repeated attempts to address this issue, your management team has failed to respond or engage with me in good faith. I have spoken to your Team leader Tshepiso Mmzangwa, who is now refusing to speak to me when I call customer service and want to follow up. This lack of communication is unacceptable and adds to my frustration.
