Claims process is the worst of all medical aid schemes

Worst medical aid scheme to refund claims. There is no feedback from the scheme, you have to call a thousand times for one claim and every single time, even if its 3 months later they will say they are capturing the claim. This is the third claim we submitted and the same service. I am definitely canceling this medical aid scheme.
