Claims not processed efficiently.

I have been trying to get a claim paid out to a DR since November last year. I have numerous references for the claim attempts but no one has bothered to attend my query or even give me feedback on issues or missing documents. I am frustrated by this lack of communication because they want to drag out the claim process to the point where I have violated the claim period. I have had enough of these people, even the call centre agents have not be able to assist me nor transfer me through to claims.
