Claims not paid.

My Mom BA Hargreaves was in Hospital In December 2025 where she passed. I was not at her bedside as i was fighting with the medical aid to correct the authorisation that they gave me from 2023.This is a very bitter pill. After she passed i have been trying to get her claims paid. As i signed surity the hosptial and Drs are now going to sue me. This is not acceptable. I have been to their offcies in houghton three times to get these claims paid and i keep getting a different story. Not a single account has been paid. My last resort is now to go to attorneys for assistance. All i want is to be able to deal with her passing and not worry about the accounts that have not been paid.
