Claims don’t get paid

Since merging with Sizwe, Hosmed has become the worst medical aid! They don’t pay claims and don’t respond to emails or queries in general. I’ve been following up for a claim submitting in early Dec 2022. To this day, no communication and no payment, except for empty promises every time I follow up. I’m very disappointed in the service and how they’ve been operating of late.
