Claims

I have called Sizwe Hosmed at the beginning of January 2023 about a payment to Dr Snyckers for a visit in October 2022 as per below claim statement. Mrs Jonck was not even in Pretoria during that perioad as she moved to Douglas September 2022. Unfortunately I have misplace the reference number on call 04 January 2023.

This morning I am trying to follow up on the claim on which it is said that Mrs Jonck must take anaffidavit. Sorry I am not going to it. First, the medical aid put the claim through which was not submitted by Dr Snyckers after confirmation from the accounts and Dr Snycker's rooms.

My question was on 04 January 2023 who put /submit the claim to the medical aid. It was clearly a mistake from the medical aids side and not from the patient.

I was told the turnaround time was 5 to 7 working days and up to date no feedback.
