Claim unpaid since January 2016

Claim in the amount of R6997.10 unpaid since January 2016 and now handed over to attorneys for collection. Customer Service consultant indicated that he will re-submit to claims department and when I asked him what to do about the fact that account was handed over, exact reply was "I wouldn't know about that".
