Claim not paid no feedback

<p>I had my annual blood test done in March only to find out they only paid R1100 of the R2600. I have queried this as there is still R7000 left on my day to day. Nearly a month later no feedback what so ever and being given the run around. The call center takes close to an hour to even answer the phone. Pathetic service. Wish I never joined this ******* of a medical aid.</p> <p> </p>
