claim not being paid even after numerous requests

i have never skipped a payment for my medical aid and in March there was a claim which was rejected by sizwe and reason being my medical aid was suspended. I have sent numerous emails to the claims dept to enquire this but no one doesnt take the time to atleast try to respond, i wont pay my contributions and still pay the visits to the dr out of my own pocket, sizwe needs to pay the claim and also better their customer services
