Chronic Mess up!!! Terrible Service

Horrified by the service of Sizwe Hosmed. My husband got a script for Chronic medicine, i emailed the form off three days ago and phoned shortly after sending it. Was told they were dealing with it and could collect the medication the next day. 3 Days after this call the script is still not approved on the system. Call to speak to an very *********** person who tells me the script needs an ICD Code, 1st time i have been asked for this, never-mind that they dont bother to call me to tell me this. Im then passed onto another person who tells me they dont have the script, this is immediately after im told i dont have an ICD Code??? What, where did the script disappear too. I had to search for a confirmation so second lady could find the script again... after 40min on the phone this was eventually resolved and approved.
