CHRONIC MEDS NOT REGISTERED

I have been trying since the inception of my membership to register my chronic medication with no luck. Both query numbers: WF***7N***7 and WF***0N***8 where not responded to. I also sent an email on 21/01/2025 still not response!!!!! My medication have now been paid from my savings and some items were rejected as they needed to be authorised. Had you authorised it when as requested multiple times I would be sitting with this situation. PLEASE URGENTLY REGISTER MY CHRONIC MEDS AND REFUND ME FOR CLAIMS THAT WERE REJECTED.
