Chronic Authorisation
Good day
I have obtained authorisation for Coloplast in June 2022 which was approved until end December 2022. Every month I need to call being that claims rejected with reason no authorisation
August 2022 I had to call to fix and give them the authorisation number, today once again I had to call and query non payment for September 2022 with reason no authorisation
My query in August 2022 I received another auth number which clearly indicates from 15 June 2022 to 31 December 2022

13 Feb 2023, 20:222nd complain that I am going to log today with Hello Peter about Clolplast not being paid. My previous complaint was about Coloplast which was approved until the end of December 2022. Once again received a letter of final deman regarding the November 2022 and December 2022 account that was not paid.
I called on 13 January 2023 @ 15h40 where the lady told me that no claims had been received from Coloplast although I have evidence from Coloplast where both months were submitted to Sizwe Hosmed. This morning when I called I was told again that the December 2022 claim rejected to to no authorisation.
I was told that the November 2022 payment done on 21 st November 2022 which was actually for September 2022!!!!
As per below the November and December 2022 claims submitted by Coloplast as follows
23/11/2022 @ 11H12 for treatment date 22/11/202229/12/2022 @ 10H54 for treatment date 28/12/2022
