call centre agnets the worst

The worst medical scheme in the history of its existence...call me, please. Your call centre agents don't deserve the job; they're not answering the calls, and it goes straight to rating the call. Can a manager or supervisor call me to resolve my query? Some idiot changed my ID number or my wife's ID number on a document, and now I can't view it.
