Call centre

<p>I'm very disgusted with the service recieved from Sizwe medical aid. I have been calling their call centre from Friday, 11/11/2016, I was told that their service to supply me with a tax certificate was down, i must try Monday. Today which is Monday 14/11/2016, I used up an amonunt of R200 airtime, but to no avail was my call answered, i have been trying since this morning to get through just to speak to a consultant. I even went on to their website, to see for a self service option on getting my tax certificate, but nothing. I have tried their self service option, but it does not allow you to enter an alternative email address and they dont even have a voicemail were one can leave a message to be called back . I'm very upset and disgusted by their service.</p>
