Bunch of *********** employees

<p>I have never in my life dealt with such a bunch of *********** employees. Not just one or two of you, the whole ****** bunch of you. 5 months, 8 reference numbers, 32 telephone calls, several broken promises and to many e-mails to count and still nothing has happened. What do I need to do in order for you to settle an account with a medical practitioner who themselves have also submitted the account to you on numerous occassions???????? And this after you authorised the procedure. </p> <p>You say #caring4life, it's more like #caring4nothing. </p> <p>I am sourcing an alternate medical aid provider as we speak - you clearly have no idea what you do and don't care two hoots about your members!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
