I paid for my daughter’s orthodontist last year,June 2020 and Sizwe medical fund promised to refund me. I don’t understand why they are taking long to refund me as my daughter is on my medical aid.when I call they refer me to *** I contact Denis he refers me back to Sizwe. Now this is going back and forth with no resolution. Please assist as I need the money to be refunded.
