Billing error

Useless consultants 🤬between January’24 and April’24 over 20 emailed send to head of finance Tsepo Ratau just to do a simple recon on our contributions that they over charge us… refund was eventually made only to send us a statement saying we owe!!! After numerous phone calls, he does not reply or anyone in that department have an idea what’s going on… no messages on there system?? Not one person seems to pick anything up! We are still nowhere 8 months later. Very frustrated and unhappy client!!
