Battling to get Sizwe Hosmed to processed short payments on account

Practice Number - *** Membership Number - ***3 Contact Details for the Accounts Department - *** / *** Date of service - 28/04/2022 - Short payment on modifier 0009 Date of service - 08/06/2022 - Short payment on modifiers 0008 & 0009

I'm battling since 2022 to explain this account to Sizwe Hosmed and get them to process the account in full month and month we phoned and query the account the account get escalated then again but still the account is not being paid.

This is really very frustrated as we wasting valuable time phoning month after month these claims.
