BAD SERVICE SIZWE HISMED
Sizwe Hosmed every month they are deducting money but they don't wanna help us, I have an Auth dated December last year even now they don't wanna pay. Hospital bill that they say it's 100% they don't wanna pay. Customer service is extremely bakarof bad bad. Honestly Hosmed alone was better. I can't wait to look for another s Medical aid because now am just paying but the people for Sizwe NO ONE CARES. I AM ENOUGH SHAME
