Bad Service

Im struggling for few weeks just to change package and get banking details to pay my membership fee monthly. My son is member for 5 years and first time i need to change details and first time that no one can help. Victoria never replies and when she does the information they rectify is still incorrect. Then Nzizi called , line was cut and could not get hold of him again, no phoning back It so ridiculous wanted to send 2 new applications but better to look for some other medical aid as there is no admin service at all here So frustrating!!!!!!Call me if someone still want to help..not that i will expect a call ...will look into other options for medical ***
